Policies & Terms

These policies apply to all services booked with Loving Hands Cleaning. By scheduling a cleaning, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve created this policy to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both our clients and our team.

Appointment Arrival Window

We provide a 30 to 45-minute arrival window for all cleanings to account for traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen delays. If we’re running behind, we’ll always reach out to communicate. Clients are expected to provide access during the scheduled window. If access is not granted within 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled cleaning. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a $92.70 cancellation fee. This helps us protect our team's time and keep our schedule fair for everyone.

Please do not cancel or reschedule through your cleaner contact our office directly via phone, email, or booking system.

Recurring Service Policy

Recurring cleanings are billed at a discounted rate. If a recurring service is canceled after only one visit, the standard One-Time Cleaning rate will apply retroactively. Terminations of recurring services must be made before the next scheduled cleaning and must be done during business hours.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen events, please let us know. We may request documentation in certain cases and reserve the right to waive or apply the cancellation fee based on the situation.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • ACH

  • Zelle

  • Cash (must be exact amount)

Invoices must be paid Immediately after service has been completed. A 1% daily late fee will apply to any unpaid balance after that window. Clients are also responsible for covering any paid parking fees required for access.

Scheduling & Time Estimates

Our cleanings are scheduled in blocks (typically morning or afternoon). While we aim to complete cleanings within the estimated time, you’ll be contacted if additional time is needed to finish the job thoroughly. Time extensions will be approved by you before proceeding and are charged in 30-minute increments at your quoted rate.

Consistency & Cleaners

We do our best to send the same team for recurring appointments, but this may vary due to illness, emergencies, or scheduling needs. All Loving Hands Cleaning team members are trained and trusted to uphold our standards of care.

Employee Non-Solicitation Policy

Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or contract directly with any current or former Loving Hands Cleaning team member for private services for a period of 3 years following the end of their employment with us.

Holiday Cleanings

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday or holiday week, we’ll reach out to confirm or reschedule. Cleanings kept during holiday periods may be subject to Holiday Rate Adjustments, which will be communicated in advance.

Arrival Timing & Scheduling Flexibility

We do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but exact start times may vary. If you're on a strict schedule, please book a morning slot and notify us in advance so we can prioritize your appointment.

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee

If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, please notify us within 48 hours and we’ll gladly return to address the area. We do not offer refunds, but your satisfaction is our priority.

Note: We do not move heavy furniture or clean hazardous materials (e.g., mold, blood, or biohazards). We reserve the right to decline or end service at our discretion if conditions are unsafe or beyond our scope.

Laundry Services (If Applicable)

If laundry services are offered, please ensure that all items provided are machine-safe. We are not liable for damage due to items left in pockets, improper sorting, or care tags not being followed. If special sorting or separation is needed, please do so prior to service.

Supplies & Product Requests

We provide all standard cleaning supplies. Green cleaning products are available upon request. If you’d like us to use your preferred products, please notify us in advance.

Gratuity

Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. You may leave cash for your cleaner or let us know if you'd like to add a tip to your invoice.

Privacy

We only collect information you provide voluntarily through forms, calls, or messages. Your personal information is used solely for scheduling, service updates, and improving your experience. We never sell or share your information without your consent.

Phone Calls

For quality assurance and training purposes, phone calls with Loving Hands Cleaning will be recorded. By calling our business line, you consent to having the call recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, we encourage you to contact us through email or our website’s contact form.

Policy Updates

Loving Hands Cleaning reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
