Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! You’re welcome to be home, but it’s not required. Just let us know how to access your space we treat every home with care and respect, whether you're there or not.

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard clean includes dusting, surface wiping, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and light tidying. It’s perfect for maintaining a fresh and comfortable space.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes we come fully equipped with everything needed for your cleaning. If you have specific product preferences, just let us know in advance.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things come up! We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Please visit our policy page to learn more.

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something wasn’t up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
